On 8th June, 2022 Thanthai Roever College of Physiotherapy Final Year Students attended a one day Leprosy Orientation Course at The Leprosy Mission Hospital, Vadathorasalur, Kallakurishi District, Tamil Nadu.

The students gained knowledge about the condition from Dr. Helen G Roberts and also developed empathy for those affected by leprosy by the seminar taken by Mrs. Maheswari. The hands on workshop conducted by physiotherapist Mr. Vijay Kumar helped students to assess the patients and return with practical experience with diagnosing patients suffering from leprosy.
