On 12th April 2023, Perambalur District Tobacco Control Cell conducted an awareness program for students at Thanthai Roever College of Physiotherapy. The resource person was Dr. P. Vanitha, Tobacco Consultant and was joined by Mr. G. Elangovan and Mr. K. Mani, Health Inspector , Elambalur. The students were educated on the ill effects of tobacco and its consumption.
