World Physiotherapy Day was celebrated was organized by Staffs, Vice Principal and Principal of Thanthai Roever College of Physiotherapy on 8th September 2021, at TRCPT Auditorium, Technical Campus. The chief guest of the day was Dr. K. Varadharaajan, B.A, B.L Founder & Chairman, Roever group of institution, Perambalur. The special guest of the day was Dr. Balaji, Principal, Roever Engineering College. As a part of celebration academic and cultural programs were conducted for students.
Day One – 7th Sep 2021
- Drawing competition – I YR to IV YR (10:30am to 12pm)
- Paper presentation – FINAL YEAR (1:30 to 3pm)
- Quiz competition – I – IV YR (3:30pm to 5pm)
On 8th Sep 2021
Programs started by 10:30am with prayer song by final students and Bible reading and prayer performed by Mr. Paul Raj. Followed by welcome address by first year student. There after the cultural programs started with classical dance, followed by solo dance solo song, group dance, and group song by 2nd year students and poster presentation by 2nd and 3rd year students followed by song & dance by first year students.
As a special event of the day a webinar is conducted between 3pm to 4pm.

Speaker: – Dr. Dhanjeyan Jayavel, Founder Spectrum Physio Pvt Ltd and General Secretary Bangalore Physiotherapy Network.
The chief guest Dr. K. Varadharajaan B.A., B.L and special guest Dr. Balaji Principal Roever Engineering College arrived at 4 pm, the program was enlightened with the speech of Guest’s and. as high lighting the celebration cake cutting was done by Dr. Varadharaajan followed by honoring the winners of the competition by prize distribution from Dr. Varadharajan, Chairman, Roever Group of Institution and Dr. Balaji, Principal, Roever Engineering College. The program was concluded at 5:30 pm with the Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem.
